Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

I ship all orders from my clinic in Carindale, Queensland, using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service.

Shipping Rates

To ensure your products are packed securely, shipping is calculated as follows:

  • Base Flat Rate: $12.00

  • Per Item Fee: $0.50 per item in your order. (For example: Shipping for 2 items would be $13.00).

Handling & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for me to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes: I use Australia Post, so delivery times depend on their interstate network. Generally:

    • QLD: 2–3 business days.

    • Interstate: 3–6 business days (longer for rural or remote areas).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once I have lodged your parcel with Australia Post.

2. Free Local Pickup

If you are local to Carindale, you are welcome to skip the shipping fees and collect your order directly from the clinic.

  • Cost: Free.

  • Pickup Times: Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

  • Alternative Times: If the above times don't suit, pickup can be made by arrangement. Please contact me after placing your order to find a suitable time.

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. I will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

3. Refunds & Returns

I take great pride in the quality of the products I provide. My refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

  • Initial Return Cost: The cost of returning the item to me is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Assessment: Once I receive and inspect the item, if it is deemed faulty, I will issue a full refund or replacement and reimburse you for the reasonable cost of the return postage.

  • Timeframe: Please notify me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of aesthetics and beauty products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" (e.g., if you decide you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong product).

Australian Consumer Law

My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
