Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointments and skin health are incredibly important to me. When you schedule a consultation or treatment at Beauty WithIn Aesthetics, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

1. Booking Methods & Payments

Depending on the appointment selected, your booking may be secured with card details or an upfront deposit.

  • Selected consultations: Card details are required to secure your appointment, but no payment is taken when booking. A $50 cancellation or no-show fee may be charged in accordance with this policy.

  • Priced treatments: Card details are required to secure your appointment. Any cancellation or no-show fee will be based on the treatment price displayed when you book.

  • Booking deposits: Where an upfront deposit is required, it will be applied toward the cost of the treatment or service provided at your appointment.

  • Remaining balances: Any outstanding balance may be paid in the clinic by debit or credit card, cash, or EFT by prior arrangement.

2. Policy Terms

2.1 More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not normally incur a cancellation fee.

Any deposit already paid may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.

2.2 Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

For cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice:

  • a $50 fee may be charged for selected consultations secured by card details

  • an upfront booking deposit may be retained

  • for a priced treatment where no deposit was taken, a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled treatment price may be charged to the card on file.

3. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand:

  • a $50 no-show fee may be charged for selected consultations

  • for a priced treatment, up to 100% of the scheduled treatment price may be charged

  • any deposit already paid will be counted toward the applicable fee

  • future appointments may require upfront payment.

4. Unexpected Circumstances

I understand that illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Please contact me as soon as possible if something prevents you from attending.

Cancellation and no-show fees are considered individually and may be reduced or waived at the clinic’s discretion.

5. Agreement

By completing a booking and providing card details or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy and authorise any applicable fee to be charged in accordance with its terms.
